The CitésLab program, a brand of Caisse des Dépôts, aims to foster the emergence of business creation and acquisition projects in urban policy areas. The missions are therefore:

1. Awareness: Awaken residents' interest and raise awareness among neighborhood proximity networks (associations, mediators, local businesses, social and integration partners, etc.) about entrepreneurship.

2. Detection: Identify project idea holders, particularly job seekers and residents of these areas, as early as possible in their creation process.

3. Support these future project holders to help them move from the idea stage to a written project, known as incubation.

4. Act as a facilitator in the business creation process, and connect them with support and funding opportunities. CitésLab acts in complementarity with support and funding organizations, signatories of this program.
