As a company accountant, I am involved in processing and tracking supplier invoices, accounting entries, checks, exchanges with internal departments, and closing tasks such as accrued expenses, unbilled invoices, and reversals.

In parallel with my accounting duties, I work on improving administrative processes. I designed an internal application for tracking supplier invoices, intended to replace some email exchanges and manual tracking.

This application allows for centralizing the submission of PDF invoices, tracking each invoice by status, distributing access according to user roles, maintaining an action history, and providing better visibility to the purchasing, accounting, and treasury departments.

This dual expertise allows me to understand the real needs of administrative and accounting teams and then transform them into simple, structured, and easy-to-use solutions. My goal is to reduce wasted time, tracking errors, and scattered information between emails, Excel files, and shared folders.
