Talend Consultant at First Stop, I participated in the migration of the data management system from MySQL to SQL Server, while adapting existing ETL processes. My role was to create new databases, migrate and secure data, and modify Talend 8 jobs to ensure their compatibility with the new environment. I also optimized the infrastructure by removing shared directories in favor of sFTP storage, requiring a redesign of paths and data flows. Another major challenge was the implementation of advanced monitoring via Talend Management Console (TMC) and PRTG APIs, allowing precise tracking of ETL job executions and errors. My work has optimized performance, improved supervision, and secured business processes through better data management and a modernized infrastructure.

Talend Consultant, I participated in the redesign of Uperio's Information System, with the objective of interconnecting business tools Salesforce, Sage X3, Texada, Praxedo and Sharemat via an ESB environment. Integrated into a team of 8 people, I developed Talend flows following a defined specification, while participating in daily meetings with business and technical teams. My role included both the development of integration flows and error management. I designed flows allowing the integration of Sharemat for the management of the equipment fleet, the automation of the recovery of stocks in Sage, as well as replay and technical feedback mechanisms to ensure data integrity. I also optimized the performance of the treatments to prevent the PostgreSQL database from becoming a bottleneck. The technical environment included Talend, PostgreSQL, AWS (SQS, SNS, S3, EC2), REST and SOAP APIs, as well as exchanges via FTP. The supervision of the flows was ensured via Talend TMC. We worked in agility with daily meetings and ticket management on Trello. A DevOps framework was put in place with Git and good development practices. The event-driven architecture allowed near real-time message processing thanks to AWS queues and topics, ensuring the reliability and scalability of inter-application exchanges.
