I am a multidisciplinary entrepreneur with extensive experience in the development and implementation of industrial projects in logistics, textiles, real estate, digital infrastructure, and procurement.

My focus is on practical, strategic support: from idea to operational implementation.

I support companies, municipalities, and project developers in defining robust procurement channels, identifying industrial partners, and realizing solutions – whether in the context of municipal infrastructure projects, supply chain solutions, or the establishment of functional vehicle fleets.

I offer my Europe-wide network of industrial partners, importers, logistics providers, and technical service providers and actively support projects in their implementation. I also assist in the development and management of high-performing websites, domains, and brand presences with a well-coordinated setup.

My activities include, among others:

• Establishment & management of textile productions and embroidery services

• Support in real estate projects – from valuation to marketing

• Structuring of subscription/rental models in the vehicle sector

• Creation & support of data protection-compliant websites and domain structures

• Operational management of complex logistics projects

I am currently working on the implementation of interdisciplinary infrastructure projects in several countries and was most recently a co-founder of a European platform for coordinating municipal procurement.
