Finance & Accounting:Financial accounting, monitoring of debtors including dunning, payment transactions, analyses, reporting, support with business performance analysis (BWA) and controlling.

Tax & Administration:Communication with the tax advisor, preparation of documents (no tax advice!)

Quality Management & Audit:Introduction and maintenance of QM processes, audit preparation, documentation, writing your QM manual.

Organization & Processes:Process optimization, structure building, project coordination.

Team & Communication:Conducting interface meetings, conflict management, employee motivation, building connections through communication.

General Support:Organizing daily business, setting priorities, delegating tasks.
