• Implementation of an automated daily update to maintain an up-to-date database.

• Design of reports and dashboards via Power BI (Revenue, top products, top customers, monthly trends) to facilitate decision-making by the manager.

• Analysis of sales, customer behavior, and product performance.

• Identification of commercial levers and actionable recommendations to optimize business activity.

📮 Satisfaction Surveys & Customer Relations:

• Creation and distribution of satisfaction surveys via Google Forms.

• Detailed analysis of results and recommendations to improve customer experience.

• Implementation of simple satisfaction tracking (satisfaction rate / qualitative feedback).

• Creation and administration of databases optimized for business needs.
