Ensure the availability and operational maintenance of the system and network infrastructure distributed across multiple Datacenters. Guarantee service continuity over an extended period (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM). Manage Level 2 incidents: analysis, diagnosis, and rapid resolution to restore services. Coordinate escalations to Level 3 teams and vendors. Monitor and manage events: qualification, prioritization, and processing. Identify, communicate, and anticipate alerts and risks. Perform operational and administrative tasks: Active Directory, rights and permissions management, email provisioning, Datacenter access. Execute and track technical changes (during/outside working hours): firewall, VLAN, OS updates, proxy, DNS, ESX, storage. Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of complex changes related to the network core and system infrastructure. Administer, deploy, and optimize IT system resources. Perform physical interventions in Datacenters: racking/unracking, connections, maintenance, hardware inventory. Develop and automate procedures using scripting and Ansible. Participate in the integration of projects into the system and network infrastructure. Write and update technical documentation and operational repository. Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, methods, and processes.

Supervision and maintenance of the IT park (hardware and software), ensuring system availability and performance. Management of workstation and local network security, including risk prevention and data protection. Support and assistance to users to ensure optimal operation of IT and telephone tools. Configuration, deployment, and upgrade of new IT and telephone equipment. Design and implementation of a company intranet to improve internal communication and document management. Preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructures, with monitoring and optimization of procedures. Supervision of backups and data archiving, ensuring the security and availability of critical information. Anticipation of hardware and software needs, with recommendations and implementation of technical improvements. Management of IT projects for the evolution of internal systems and applications, in coordination with operational teams.

Weekly follow-up with management to assess progress and define training objectives. Participation in internal training workshops and coaching for CV optimization and mission preparation. Self-training and skill enhancement in Linux administration (security, package management, monitoring, optimization). Development of automation scripts in Bash and Python to improve process efficiency. Implementation and management of automated infrastructures using Ansible: deployment, configuration, and multi-server standardization. Deepening knowledge in containerization with Docker for development, deployment, and management of applications in test and production environments. Technological watch and skill development on best practices for operations and industrialization.
