Operational steering: preparation of Steering Committee materials, workshop facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and formalization of decision-making minutes. Construction and monitoring of the project plan in line with regulatory milestones; definition of the testing and validation strategy. Definition of the Data Products evolution roadmap (Retail Data Hub) and governance support for identifying critical data reference sources.

Participation in business testing of new RWA calculation engines (solvency and CVA) as part of CRR3 implementation. Verification of IT calculation conformity using SAS and DBeaver; management of the anomaly lifecycle in JIRA / Calitrack. Rigorous documentation of all business qualification steps. Contribution to BCBS 239 work: documentation of regulatory Basel IV data flows, transformations, and dependencies.

Production of CRR flows from group entities to CASA and development of data quality reporting for the Risk Department. Design of a SAS program dedicated to technical and functional consistency control. Management of CASA regulatory evolutions as the MOA contact point for the IT service center. Deployment of COVID-19 prudential reporting (ECB), validation of new data (Data Competence Center). NPE Backstop optimization, participation in FINREP / COREP reporting and risk cost reporting on QlikView.
