Trainer in Human Resources and Networking – Business Engineer & HR Bachelor’s Degrees

As a committed professional dedicated to knowledge transfer, I work with students in Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources and Master's degrees in Business Engineering to train them in the strategic challenges of HR and network development. My role is to offer them a concrete and operational vision of recruitment, skills management, HR practices digitalization, as well as networking techniques in a professional environment.

I lead interactive sessions combining theoretical input, case studies, digital tools, and role-playing. The objective is to develop key skills in learners: mastery of the recruitment process, interview conducting, development of skills frameworks, digital prospecting via social media, and optimization of their online professional presence.

Thanks to my field experience in recruitment firms and as a manager, I offer pedagogy grounded in the reality of the job market, drawing on concrete cases and current practices. I strive to establish a supportive, demanding, and professionalizing dynamic, preparing future professionals to confidently enter the fields of HR, sales, and B2B customer relations.

As a recruiter, I am responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting the best talents to meet our clients' needs. My role involves a deep understanding of the positions to be filled, active sourcing of qualified candidates, and managing client relationships to ensure effective and successful recruitment. My goal is to create synergies between companies and candidates, thereby fostering lasting professional partnerships.

As a true administrative right-hand at SOREFI group, I ensured smooth, rigorous, and confidential management of the company's cross-functional activities. From organizing meetings to managing HR or supplier files, I was both the operational link and the reliable support for management, while mastering office tools and multiple priorities.
