Within PMU's B2B IT team, I work on the development of strategic applications for providing data and services to partners (operators, distributors, integrators).

As a React front-end developer, I actively participate in the design and evolution of high-value business solutions, contributing to the quality, performance, and user experience of internal and partner tools.

My responsibilities:

Development and integration of new features on complex business applications

Design, implementation, and maintenance of reusable components within the Design System

Participation in front-end architecture and development best practices (scalability, maintainability)

Implementation of unit and end-to-end tests to ensure deliverable reliability

Close collaboration with product, UX/UI, and backend teams

I also adopt a proactive approach by proposing improvements in:

Interface enhancements (UX/UI)

Functional mock-up design

Optimization of user journeys across different tools

Within Groupama's Digital Directorate, I participated in the design and development of major features for the showcase website and the Client Area, working across the entire front-end and back-end chain.

I played a key role in the continuous improvement of user journeys, performance, and the modernization of the web ecosystem.

Notably, I designed and developed an intelligent chatbot supported by an AI engine, intended to assist policyholders with their procedures. This project led to a strategic PoC for an entirely AI-guided claim declaration.

Results:

40% time savings on data entry

80% positive feedback during user testing

I also contributed to structuring the Design System, documentation on Storybook, and participated in the implementation of numerous A/B tests to optimize journeys (CRO).

In parallel, I actively participated in Agile rituals and quality monitoring (testing, monitoring).
