Graduated from the Grandes Ecoles program at PSB, with a master's degree in Strategic Marketing and Data Analysis. I thrive today in the world of CRM and digital marketing within companies such as Monoprix or Maisons du Monde. But I also had my own experience in startups and small structures.

My experience today is focused on the operational and analytical part of CRM with the creation and sending of customer offers through different channels: email, mailing, push, SMS. Management and configuration of campaigns on Selligent, analysis of the performance of different communication channels (KPI tracking on GA).
