• Ensure the maintenance and reliability of existing dashboards (supervision of automated flows, management of Power BI Service access, optimization of reporting pipelines).

• Design and development of dashboards in agile mode: collection of business needs, mock-up, definition of KPIs, data extraction from IBM Cognos (joins, complex filters), implementation of ETL processes, transformations via Power Query, and visualization using Power BI.

• Analysis of commercial performance and production of insights using Power BI, with presentation of results via PowerPoint to marketing and pricing teams for decision support.

• Develop a forecasting model for TER train occupancy rates based on time series to optimize the management of promotional tickets.

• Deployment of an attractiveness score based on 5 operational and commercial variables, applied to the entire TER network.

Optimization of supply chain processes and improvement of operational data reliability.
