Missions:

Design and implementation of the contractual mechanism ensuring the institution's support (technical and financial) for stakeholders in agricultural value chains Risk management, agricultural insurance component, impacts and litigation - Compliance Provision of legal and strategic advice to General Management and other departments on the operationalization of various agricultural projects; Tax optimization of various operations and transactions; Legal watch.

Achievements:

• Strategic advice and legal compliance of agricultural and agro-industrial projects;

• Supervision and validation of more than 500 contracts and agreements to structure agricultural partnerships (between producers, processors and financial institutions);

• Legal support for innovative projects aimed at modernizing agricultural value chains;

• Contribution to securing and monitoring +5 billion FCFA of financing dedicated to rural development;

• Implementation of compliance and legal reporting mechanisms;

• Legal advice to operational departments (HR, Finance and Technical) and to general management;

• Management of pre-litigation with agricultural stakeholders and monitoring of external advice;

• Recovery of a total amount of 10,250,471,677 FCFA out of 12,072,221,429 FCFA (as of June 30, 2025) from bank financing;

• Supervision of legal and governance obligations (Board of Directors and General Meeting) and preparation of minutes

• Design of contractual documents for fund management (IFAD, Khalifa Funds, PASA, PPAAO);

• Development and negotiation of strategic public-private partnerships in the agricultural sector;

• Mobilization of +12 billion FCFA in financing from donors and banks to support mechanization, irrigation and agri-food processing;

• Participation in the establishment of collaborative platforms between farmers, industrialists and financial players.

• Implementation of standard contractual models adapted to OHADA law;

• Drafting, analysis and legal security of agricultural contracts and financing agreements;

• Legal support for contractualization projects between farmers and industrial buyers;

• Legal monitoring of commitments and recovery of financing mobilized for agricultural projects.
