Data Management mission for a period of 6 months from May to November 2022 AXA IM Alts - Real Estate Maternity leave replacement Karim joined my team as a Data Management consultant to replace a colleague on maternity leave. Karim's objectives were to ensure production on one of our daily work tools, but also to provide support on a long-term project for the deployment of a new integrated operational management tool (Yardi). Karim grasped the challenges of his mission and adapted well to the team and its constraints (one of his colleagues was working part-time). He showed good organizational skills and flexibility by quickly learning the basics of his role. Learning Microsoft Access was a specific difficulty, but Karim managed it well and became operational within a few days, which greatly helped the team. He subsequently managed certain processes autonomously, particularly during the summer period. His help allowed our team to continue operating without incident during successive leaves, which was very useful and appreciated. Finally, Karim is a pleasant team member on a daily basis, trustworthy, and shows a constructive team spirit in all circumstances. We thank him for his contribution and wish him all the best in his future projects.
