Mission within Bedrock Streaming, European provider of the M6/RTL group's platform, ensuring synchronization between client initiatives and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of specific requests and the Core product

• Coordination of cross-functional teams (technical & functional) to effectively meet client needs.

• Management of daily operations and strategic alignment between client requests and Core product.

• Management of governance committees to ensure operational performance.

• Contribution to internal projects aimed at improving governance and client relations.

Management of a strategic cloud project under SAFe Agile with multidisciplinary teams spread across several departments (management control, commercial performance)

• Management and prioritization of the backlog in close collaboration with the Product Owners.

• Monitoring of scope, budget, schedule and risks throughout the project.

• Facilitation of SAFe ceremonies and steering committees.

• Advice and support to business teams (pedagogy, methodology).

• Monitoring of delivery and project documentation.

Technical environment: Data stage, Oracle, Jira, Clarity, CFT, XLR/XLD, ServiceNow, Pulse

Management of several projects in evolutionary TMA. My mission was to

coordinate the team's activities to ensure the project deliverables are completed in

a timely manner, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and monitor key performance and contractual indicators.

• Preparation of quotes.

• Monitoring compliance with standards, quality, deadlines and allocated budget of the

project (QCD)

• Facilitation of steering instances (project reporting)
