As part of an international service, I am working on a legacy AngularJS application to stabilize and enhance it, with tight deadlines and zero tolerance for client-side regressions. The challenge is to maintain modern standards—testing, code readability—within a legacy codebase, while coordinating work with back-end teams spread across multiple time zones. I have stabilized and enhanced the AngularJS codebase under strong time constraints, and designed a library of reusable components bringing modern quality in a historical context, which reduced the development time for new features by approximately 30%. I also coordinate the integration of REST APIs with multi-time zone back-end teams.

Within an enterprise SaaS whose degraded performance and aging UX were hindering new client onboarding, I led an optimization and modernization project for the application serving over 10,000 users. The main technical challenge was to deeply integrate PrimeNG while maintaining design system consistency across the entire application. I optimized Angular performance through lazy loading, NgRx tuning, and code splitting, which reduced loading time by approximately 40% and provided a better user experience. In parallel, I ensured deep integration of PrimeNG with consistent theming throughout the design system, and delivered responsive and accessible interfaces in close collaboration with UX designers.
