Many organizations lose hours every day repeating manual processes that could be automated.

I discovered this problem early in my professional career working in technical support. That's when I started to become interested in automation and process improvement.

First by documenting procedures to avoid repeating the same analysis every time a similar incident occurred. Then by developing automations that allowed eliminating manual tasks and increasing productivity.
