    Description
    Design and complete deployment of a HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub Enterprise) for Demaurex SA, a Swiss manufacturer of pick-and-place Delta robots, as part of a consulting mission in CRM architecture and sales process automation.

    Context and Challenges

    Demaurex had a historical, unstructured use of HubSpot. The objective was to rebuild a CRM architecture from scratch aligned with two distinct sales channels, digitize the engaging offer cycle with electronic signature, and structure the follow-up of the installed base as well as sales management.

    Work Performed

    Audit of the existing system and definition of needs with the final client, formalization of the specifications.
    Configuration of SSO and Outlook integration for users.
    Architecture of a Custom Object.
    Design of sales pipelines with differentiated stages and management of offer hierarchy.
    Creation of all custom properties and management of company hierarchies.
    Implementation of about ten automation workflows: lead qualification, follow-up of inactive deals, offer cycle, data quality control.
    Integration of electronic signature (Yousign) with automated management of offer statuses via workflows.
    Preparation and structuring of data migration with import templates and association logic.
    Construction of sales management dashboards.

    OBJECTIVE

    Deploy a HubSpot CRM that is operational from day one and capable of supporting business growth, fully transitioning from Notion.
