Context: within EDF's innovation entity, the mission of the digital factory is to meet the needs of the business lines by developing web applications from scratch, in MVP mode, on cycles of 3 months per application (8 applications per year). An Agile Scrum team composed of six developers (including two leads), a Scrum Master, a UX Designer, a Technical Leader, a Data Architect, two Business analysts.

My contribution: lead developer in charge of two business cases:

▪ Case 1: a web application for monitoring procedures and

methodologies applied in power plants to ensure compliance.

▪ Case 2: web application for chemical engineers to monitor the chemical and radio-chemical compliance of nuclear reactor water.

Missions:

▪ Feasibility study and facilitation of framing workshops

▪ Technical choices (+ documentation)

▪ Functional and technical design (+ documentation)

▪ Development, configuration, testing and deployment of applications

▪ Code review and facilitation of technical workshops

▪ Technical monitoring and continuous improvement

▪ Monitoring of application production

▪ Facilitation of Scrum rituals (demonstrations, retrospectives, ...)

Context: within the core team in charge of setting up and evolving technologies related to connected vehicles, applications dedicated to customer areas, the group's websites (Renault, Dacia and Nissan), and dealership back-offices. An Agile Scrum team composed of fifteen developers divided into three squads of five developers including a Scrum master, two technical architects, a Devops team, a functional architect, four Products Owners and eight Business analysts.

My contribution: development of distributed software components at the level of the group's strategic applications:

▪ Connected cars (MYRenault)

▪ The 3D vehicle configurator

▪ Online quote generation

▪ Storage and sale of used vehicles

▪ Customer appointment tracking in dealerships

▪ Design and technical choices

▪ Preparation of Groomings and task estimation

▪ Development, configuration, testing and integration of features

▪ Technical monitoring and continuous improvement

▪ Facilitation of Scrum rituals (demonstrations, retrospectives, ...)

▪ Facilitation of technical monitoring and continuous improvement workshops

Context: development of the application park related to Generali's customer areas and the generali.fr website. An Agile Scrum team composed of seven developers, a Scrum master, a technical architect, a Product Owner and six Business analysts.

My contribution: setting up a microservices architecture, developing the first components and migrating the Legacy (APIs).

Missions:

▪ Maintenance and evolution of back-offices

▪ Contribution to migration workshops with micro-services architects

▪ Development of load tests, monitoring and diagnostics
