The Ile de France Region wishes to provide training organizations with a platform for monitoring and evaluating trainees as part of its re-integration schemes.

The platform is designed as a B2B2C SaaS platform, with 3 spaces and autonomous rights management and strong content personalization.

• Facilitation of Design Thinking workshops with a sample of users.

• Construction of the product vision and roadmap (Storymapping, customer journey, Go Product)

• Writing US and facilitating Agile ceremonies

• Steering the development of 3 spaces (organization space, trainee space, region space). The organization space allows each organization to manage its users and monitor its trainees.
