At L'Oréal, I managed two AI platforms and led them to large-scale production.

    I joined after the launch of V1, deployed across 10 retailers and approximately 10 million reviews. I structured the processes and team to enable scaling: expansion to several dozen countries, significant growth in data coverage, and over 1,000 monthly active users.

    I led the development of ML features: product deduplication, sentiment analysis, topic detection, categorization, and Share of Voice. I also led a project to improve topic detection models, involving annotation, training, and evaluation on multilingual datasets.
