I help manufacturers and brands find the right suppliers, lock in reliable quality/cost, and meet sustainability requirements. By day, I drive procurement and sustainability at BROEN Valve Technologies—managing contracts, price benchmarking, supplier scorecards, and optimization projects while collaborating with R\&D. I built supplier sustainability roadmaps and delivered LCAs/EPDs with third-party approvals, compressing multi-year timelines into months.

On the sourcing side, I handle **daily projects from China and across Asia**: supplier scouting and vetting, RFQs, sample runs, QC coordination, compliance (REACH/RoHS), and logistics (FOB/CIF). Recent work includes setting up closed-loop metals (brass) programs and data-driven purchasing frameworks to stabilize costs and lead times.
