I own the vision and roadmap for a portfolio of products within the DIGIT department (System Strains scope), and I manage the backlog for a team of 11 developers.

Products / scope:

Linux RHEL & Windows Server strains, associated cross-functional services (industrialization, compliance, tooling, operations/security integration).

Responsibilities:

Defining the product vision and multi-product roadmap (value, risks, lifecycle, compliance).

Product Backlog Management: scoping, user stories, prioritization, refinements, trade-offs, and dependency management.

Stakeholder management (business, operations, architecture, cyber, office automation): gathering needs, alignment, decisions.

Close collaboration with developers to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and operability of deliverables.

Participation/facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and preparation of PI Planning (quarterly) with commitment tracking.

Monitoring KPIs (quality, delivery, incidents, satisfaction) and continuous improvement of processes and standards.

Ensuring compliance with internal standards (quality, security, operations).

Consultant for the IT department of the DSI on the System Strains scope. My role is to support the team (10 DevOps + PO) in implementing the Agile methodology.

- Facilitate Scrum events (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective) in collaboration with the team.

- Ensure understanding and application of Agile principles and practices within the team.

- Assist the PO in prioritizing the backlog based on business value.

- Ensure good communication with project stakeholders.

- Help continuous improvement of the Agile process by identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions. I am also responsible for the quality of the project delivery by working closely with the technical team to ensure code quality and compliance with standards. Finally, I am in charge of ensuring deadlines and project planning are met by working with the PO to plan sprints and PI Planning (every 3 months).

- Implementation of the Scrum methodology and its various ceremonies.

- Management of team communication (dissemination of project information, relaying information to the project team).

- Proactive analysis of obstacles, blocking issues, and external interferences.

- Interaction with other project members (Product Owner, architects, Manager, SE, Testers).

- Proposing solutions to problems raised by the team.

- Supporting the team in Agile methods - Verifying completed User Stories (Definition Of Done respected, demonstrable in sprint review).

- Supporting the Product Owner in writing User Stories.

- Managing work coordination with other group entities.
