Within CALF's DSID department, I actively contribute to digital transformation and performance optimization. My responsibilities include:

- Development of Power BI reporting: Design of interactive dashboards for precise monitoring of IT health KPIs incidentology.

- Pre and post-deployment analysis: Rigorous evaluation of impacts and performance before and after go-lives.

- Monthly reporting: Production of detailed reports to support strategic decision-making. Training and support: Strengthening employees' skills on Power BI and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). My expertise helps improve visibility of key indicators and facilitates the adoption of tools from the Power Platform suite, thus contributing to increased operational efficiency and better decision-making.

- Analysis of business needs for the evolution of the Project Online (PWA) solution to cover new business units.

- Implementation of analytical reporting on operational KPIs: capacity planning, milestone tracking, budget monitoring, and risk management.

- Development of interactive dashboards to provide real-time visibility on project performance and facilitate strategic decision-making.

- Automation of key indicator tracking to identify trends and anomalies.

- Organization of training sessions for approximately 60 users, ensuring skill development on Power BI, Power Apps, and Project Online.

- Support for teams in using analytical tools to track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
