Participation in the strategic FlexEVan project, aiming to produce a new generation of 100% electric, connected, and modular light commercial vehicles. This project is led by the joint venture Flexis SAS (Renault,

Volvo Group, CMA CGM) and represents an investment of 300 million euros with 550 recruitments in

Sandouville.

Digital project manager involved in the FlexEVan project in Sandouville, with the mission to connect

all industrial equipment from field commissioning to the cloud, using innovative technical solutions.

Objective: Ensure the complete connection of industrial equipment by perimeter (BODY SHOP,

ASSEMBLY, PAINT AND BATTERY), from field commissioning to the cloud, within the framework of the

FlexEVan project.

Actions taken:

• Identification and classification of over 1,000 pieces of equipment to be connected (uDC, PLC, PAC,

FANUC, ABB, KUKA, AGV, etc.).

• Definition of appropriate connectivity technical solutions for each perimeter.

• Coordination of field teams for equipment commissioning and integration into the cloud architecture.

• Monitoring of data traceability, from local collection to its use in supervision tools.

Result:

• Implementation of a robust and scalable architecture for industrial connectivity.

• Direct contribution to the digitalization of the Sandouville plant within the FlexEVan project.

Deployment of FTT standard traceability, with the installation of
