- Handling Metis tickets (URL creation, DNS, SSL certificate ordering and configuration, VLAN propagation, VLAN or URL decommissioning, )

- Opening network flows (internal or external), Level 2/3 Support & 95% of tickets resolved within SLA;

- Writing technical documentation (Architecture & Operation)

Ensure the administration and supervision of the network and system security for the 3 APIM Agencies

• Coordinate business process digitization projects (E-counter; ERP; etc…)

• IT equipment management with technicians for preventive and curative maintenance

• Administration of network and security hardware (router, switch, firewall, telephony, access point, etc…), servers (on-premise and cloud) etc…

• Write technical reports on network security and project progress

• Monitor the IT budget

• Manage a team of 3 people

- Ensure the administration and supervision of the network for the 35 bank branches

- Select the most appropriate technical solutions for the bank's needs (firewall, Antivirus, router, Switch, Backbone Router, Full IP Telephony (call manager), Virtualization, Core Baking system security, Mobile Banking application, backup programs, supervision, authentication etc)

- Write technical security notes.

- Monitor the department's budget

- Audit and administer the information system security domain (SSI)

- Installation and configuration of new equipment (Fortinet; F5 BIG-IP (LTM, APM) DELL PowerEdge Servers Full IP Telephony; Cisco Switch, Router; Comtech VSAT modem; Ubiquiti AP, BLR etc)

- Management of virtual platforms (VMware: Back up, restore, and replicate VMware virtual machines with Veeam Backup & Replication for VMware vSphere 6.5 environment), all security equipment (2x Cisco ASA with FirePower, 2x Fortinet, Fortiweb, Fortimail, Fortimanager, FortiAnalyzer), SolarWinds, Nagios, 2x Exchange 2019 Server, 2x Active Directory Server, DNS, Panasonic telephony platform, WiFi with captive portal.

- Manage a team of 6 employees

- Candidate screening (CV and cover letter) and selection process

Conduct job interviews, prepare written tests, and participate in the final candidate selection.
