Assignment at Lilly France – Participation in the optimization and improvement of pharmaceutical equipment (Autoclaves and Washing Machines). Contribution to the development of simulators in collaboration with Dassault. Technical project support and program adaptation. Definition of standards and needs, technical analysis, verification of supplier practices, prototyping, and coordination with Process Engineering teams. Supplier monitoring, management of technical modifications, and support during commissioning phases (FAT, SAT, qualification protocols). Drafting and updating technical documentation (AC, AR, FDS, SDS, etc.). Participation in qualification tests (simulator, FAT, SAT) and training of support teams.

Maintenance and optimization of automated systems used for furniture manufacturing (robots, conveyors, machines). Analysis of machine downtimes and implementation of corrective actions to reduce downtime. Modification and improvement of PLC programs to increase machine precision and speed. Contribution to continuous improvement projects on assembly and cutting lines.

Improvement and optimization of automated systems (PLCs & Robots). Commissioning of automated equipment and integration into production lines. Management of mini continuous improvement projects in an industrial environment. Configuration and calibration of sensors, actuators, and vision systems. Drafting technical documents (intervention reports, program modifications).
