As PO, I worked on a B2B web/mobile application (50,000 users) allowing ENEDIS project managers to manage the execution of a construction site (electricity grid extension, maintenance work, etc.) during the different phases of the project; the application thus serves as an interface (document sharing, order signing, document generation, etc.) between project managers and the various stakeholders (contractors, operational departments, municipalities) involved throughout the construction site.

The objective was to add new features and developments (web/mobile) in line with business needs. It was also about ensuring the non-regression of existing functionalities.

I was part of one of the four Build teams, which consisted of five developers (including 1 lead) and a Scrum Master.

My activities were as follows:

- Facilitating business workshops

- Gathering/Analyzing business needs

- Creating mockups

- Writing functional specifications (process diagrams, business rules, etc.)

- Facilitating Agile instances (Backlog Refinement, Poker Planning, Sprint Planning, Demo, Retro)

- Managing development

- Writing/Performing functional tests (via X-Ray)

- Performing end-to-end tests,

- Performing non-regression tests

- Reporting bugs

- Writing documentation (as part of change management)

- MCO: User support / Handling incident tickets / Anomaly tracking

As part of the GDPR regulations and following an opinion issued by the CNIL, the objective was to develop a tool allowing project teams to generate "GDPR compliant" datasets on testing environments.

My team consisted of 2 developers.

As a Business Analyst, my role was to:

- Gather and analyze the needs of the different Project teams,

- Write functional specifications,

- Perform tests (scripts run via Jenkins),

As part of the decommissioning of a legacy application used to centralize and process electricity production data, the objective was to secure the decommissioning by ensuring that all functionalities from the legacy system were properly migrated to the new application.

My team consisted of:

- 2 QA AMOA consultants

- 1 QA Lead

As a QA AMOA consultant, my role was to:

- Organize the various testing campaigns (writing scenarios, preparing test data, etc.),

- Perform functional tests,

- Perform non-regression tests,

- Report and track anomalies,

- Facilitate business testing days,

- Provide support to users.
