After a 3-year apprenticeship, I joined Etchart Construction as a project manager on a permanent contract, where I managed new construction and renovation operations for individual and professional clients, on projects ranging from €20,000 to €3 million.

Main responsibilities:

Project cost estimation and bidding (estimates, DPGF, company bid analysis)

Site monitoring and coordination (relations with companies, progress control, risk management)

Client relationship management throughout the project

Handling technical disputes (non-compliance, billing disputes, defects at handover)

Work acceptance and follow-up on defect rectification (post-handover warranty)

This experience has allowed me to develop a thorough understanding of the construction sector – from initial cost estimation to delivery – for operations of all sizes, as well as mastery of the technical, regulatory, and relational aspects specific to construction project management.

As part of my student program, I held the position of Site Manager Intern, where I was responsible for the daily supervision of on-site teams and the coordination of various trades. This fieldwork experience allowed me to gain a concrete understanding of execution constraints, adherence to deadlines, and site safety, as well as the ability to anticipate and resolve issues specific to the construction phase.

This operational foundation is now an asset in my cost estimation and budgeting tasks: I create realistic estimates, grounded in the realities of the construction site.
