I am a Technical Business & Data Analyst with extensive experience delivering complex change across banking and financial services. I work closely with business users, subject matter experts and technical teams to understand business objectives, analyse existing processes and translate business requirements into practical solutions that can be delivered within technical and commercial constraints.

I help financial organisations deliver successful change by developing a clear understanding of their business processes, systems and data before change begins.

My background as both a developer and Business Analyst allows me to bridge the gap between business and technology. I use business analysis, data analysis and SQL to validate assumptions, develop an evidence-based understanding of how systems, data and business processes actually work, and identify dependencies that might otherwise increase delivery risk.
