Promoting and supporting diversity benefits everyone. As an experienced trainer and educator, I support organisations improve their diversity through policy development, training, coaching and workshops. Through sensible and incremental improvements, we can bring everyone along on our journey, rather than enacting change onto them.

My personal story of receiving bullying and neglect allows me to be authentic and help people see the importance of diversity and inclusion. All of the work that I do supports organisations in a realistic, impactful and timeley way.

I am available as a speaker to inspire your staff, to deliver DEI training at all levels and to provide guidance and support on the nitty gritty of DEI policies. Diversity and inclusion is important to help us improve the wellbeing of all of our staff and make our organisations more welcoming and more productive for everyone.
