I was hired by the company director, Dave Dee, to collaborate on the structure and writing of a new book on the psychology of selling, as part of a fresh marketing initiative. I also helped him to develop new company training materials. Achievements:

• • I made numerous creative contributions to the book's content.

• • I improved the clarity, coherence and 'user-friendliness' of the training literature.

This three-month contract involved assisting the founder, Simon Woodfield, to complete a series of both printed and online user guides and to revise the company's marketing materials, including website content and case studies. Achievements:

• • I made strategic improvements to the company's marketing materials, in keeping with the company's core message and goals.

• • I served as a consultant to Mr. Woodfield as regards writing and delivering live conference presentations.

I was asked to develop user guides, help text and supporting literature for a range of the company's software products. I also helped with the preparation of a successful Invitation To Tender. Achievements:

• • I developed a new system for the timely preparation and publishing of all required documents, promoting greater efficiency and giving the company more control over the documentation process.
