About Ian

Bridging the Gap Between Complex Technology and Human Adoption.

With over 25 years of experience leading high-stakes transformations, I help organizations navigate the "people side" of change to ensure technology investments actually deliver ROI. I don’t just manage projects; I lead the evolution of work.

Why work with me? I bring a rare "dual-lens" perspective to every engagement. I am equally comfortable designing a governance framework as a PMP/Prince2 Project Manager as I am coaching an executive team through a Prosci-based change strategy. Whether it’s the largest transformation in a Crown Corporation’s history (Project Nova) or critical health system renewals, I specialize in making complex shifts feel manageable.

My Core Areas of Expertise:

Digital Transformation: Leading large-scale implementations for SaaS, CRM (Envestnet), SAP, and Guidewire.

Strategic Advisory: Coaching Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to become visible, effective agents of change.

Process Engineering: Utilizing BPM and Six Sigma to align future-state workflows with human readiness.

Public Sector & Health Care: Deep expertise in navigating the unique regulatory and stakeholder landscapes of Western Canada.

Certifications that Guarantee Results: 🏆 Prosci Certified Change Manager 🏆 PMP & Prince2 (Project Management) 🏆 ITIL (IT Service Management) 🏆 MBA & Six Sigma Yellow Belt

I am currently available for strategic advisory roles, interim leadership, or project-based change management. Let’s discuss how we can make your next transformation a success
