Context: Naval Group is a French industrial group specializing in the design and construction of defense naval vessels. I held a Product Owner role, acting as a direct interface between the French Navy and Naval Group's technical teams, then concurrently managed an R&D project aimed at designing a new cyber defense tool in collaboration with IRT System X. Tasks performed

Objective: The existing cyber defense tool was reaching its structural limits and becoming obsolete despite successive updates. The project involved designing and validating an innovative POC for a new cyber defense tool, integrated into a global program, to meet new operational and technological challenges. Identify and formalize the limitations of the current tool. Gather business requirements. Translate requirements into functional specifications. Collaborate with third-party enterprise development teams (IRT System X), Naval Group, and the French Navy. Create the specifications document with requirements, solutions, and mockups. Organize testing workshops with business client teams. Create user guides. POC validated by business users and product presentation to Naval Group and IRT System X management. Result: POC validated by business users, confirming the value and relevance of the innovative solution and contributing to the modernization and anticipation of cyber defense capabilities.

The ADSN Group is a key technology partner for the notarial profession and other regulated sectors, providing reliable and highly secure solutions. My mission consisted of managing the information system's vulnerability management, implementing monitoring indicators (KPIs), reporting, and structuring security procedures in compliance with PSSI (Information System Security Policy). Tasks performed: Analysis and contextualization of vulnerabilities to assess business impact and prioritize treatments. Interface between security, IT, and business teams for vulnerability tracking. Structuring and managing the information system security backlog. Definition, creation, and tracking of steering KPIs. Preparation and facilitation of weekly and monthly monitoring committees. Gathering business requirements during functional meetings. Participation in testing and acceptance phases of new tools. Drafting procedures, support materials, and user guides compliant with PSSI requirements.
