Assigned to the Sainsbury's Bank separation programme, supporting the Day 2 transfer of loans, savings, and credit card data from Sainsbury's Bank to NatWest systems.

• • Documented all interface requirements between Sainsbury's Bank and NatWest systems across loans, savings, and credit card portfolios

• • Analysed, documented, and transformed Sainsbury's loans and savings data, mapping it precisely into NatWest format and identifying all data gaps and transformation requirements

• • Produced detailed data transformation specifications covering the full migration journey from source to target system

• • Liaised with NatWest and Sainsbury's stakeholders to ensure solutions met specification, managing defects and queries throughout SIT and UAT phases

• • Developed and implemented an Operations Recovery Process for Go-Live, identifying all loan datasets tested at each stage as data passed through Sainsbury's systems into NatWest

Assigned to the Engineering Lab delivering a new Invoice Finance system integrating directly with client accounting platforms. Led BA activity across a complex multi-supplier, multi-workstream programme with full regulatory governance requirements.

• • Created 70+ As-Is and To-Be process maps for Invoice Factoring workflows, ensuring end-to-end coverage across all business processes

• • Defined all functional and non-functional requirements in JIRA and Confluence, maintaining full traceability from business need through to delivered output via a traceability matrix

• • Documented interface specifications for all APIs, system interfaces, and reports — managing the full API lifecycle from specification through development, testing, and go-live

• • Managed governance submissions to the PRA through the Model Risk Audit and Review department, including PID, Gate Review Records, RMIA, and PIA documentation
