•Performance improvement of transport and freight forwarder services: Priority shipment of containers, organization of import flows, control of customs regulations and DEB (Export Declaration)

•Development of purchase and sales prices based on INCOTERMS

•Management and oversight of contractual relationships with logistics providers (3PL): cost monitoring, EDI interface implementation, performance plan monitoring

•Daily management and oversight of inventories: referencing (600 items), movements, levels, stocktaking, rotation, aging, KPIs

•Conducting tenders for logistics, national/international transport, and customs clearance services, conducting negotiations, selecting and implementing contracts with 3PL logistics providers and freight forwarder services

•Management of the project to consolidate warehouses in France: closure of historical warehouses, opening of the new warehouse, definition and implementation of associated processes: 5% reduction in logistics costs

•Monitoring of provider invoices Management of the operations & customer service department (4 FTE)
