With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of business and IT, I combine a strong consultancy background with hands-on implementation experience. I worked for over 10 years for leading consultancies such as Accenture, Valcon, and Capgemini, where I helped organizations with complex change processes, programs, and digital transformations. Additionally, I worked for 5 years as an internal consultant at stichd, a subsidiary of PUMA, which means I not only understand the consultancy side but also know what it takes to actually implement changes within an organization.

In my career, I have gained experience in various sectors, including retail & FMCG, energy & utilities, and high-tech. I have worked for organizations such as Unilever, HEMA, Essent, Alliander, and ASML. This diversity has taught me to quickly understand complex environments and connect stakeholders with different interests.

My strength lies in program and project management at the intersection of business, processes, and technology. I am comfortable in both the strategic phase, where direction and decision-making are central, and in the execution, which involves successfully implementing changes and systems. I have extensive experience with the implementation of software solutions within e-commerce, retail, and operational environments.

What sets me apart is that I focus not only on the content but especially on achieving results. I know how to translate strategy into execution, create buy-in from stakeholders, and systematically steer complex processes towards successful implementation. As a result, I am often the connecting link between business, IT, and operations.
