My work centers on People & Flow® and the Alpha™ Model - a practical operating system for modern leadership and product work.

Over the past 30+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, product, leadership and organisational design. I’ve led teams, built products, coached executives, modernised ways of working, and supported organisations through complexity, uncertainty, and rapid change.

Through all of that, one pattern has remained universal:
