Overall responsibility for the HR + Office area & team leadership. Development & optimization of HR structures, including Personio, Recruiting Transformation & internal Wikipedia. Development & implementation of HR strategies to support & scale company growth. Introduction of a performance appraisal system & implementation of Leapsome, Feedback 360 as well as Skill Frame. Design of compensation & benefit programs. Conception & execution of workshops, including Leader Circle & Train-the-Trainer. Promotion & development of an inclusive corporate culture, diversity initiatives, values & HR compliance management.

Establishment of Leapsome as an LMS with Career Frame + Feedback 360 as a cultural component.

Strategic and operational management of the People & Culture + Office Management departments, including for FRAMEN GmbH and upday GmbH. Implementation of various HR tools, 360-degree feedback, performance & development management, HR structures, recruiting and team transformation.

Management of the European subsidiaries as well as the locations in India, the USA, Mexico & Australia. Promotion of corporate values, development of leadership programs, establishment of an agile culture and mindset as well as execution of HR Scrum ceremonies. Implementation of OKRs and KPIs as well as bonus programs.

Optimization of processes, structures and operational workflows. Strengthening of internal communication and execution of coaching. Member of the "Global Axel Springer People & Culture Network".

Participation in projects such as "Youth Council", potential development programs & support as a trainer.

Development of a Global Leadership Program, introduction of Personio, Bon Republic & Feedback 360, values & agile culture, opening of the entity FRAMEN France.

Projects from leadership workshops to personal development & consulting. Conception of training courses and programs. Personnel management from A to Z.
