I work with leaders, management teams, and program managers when they need to define a strategy, arbitrate structural choices, secure a project, or get a program back on track.

After an initial five-year experience in the aeronautics sector, I chose to join the public service to invest myself in the general interest. I have thus dedicated more than thirty years to the transformations of higher education and research, holding successive responsibilities at the CNRS, the University and Establishments Mutualization Agency (AMUE), and then at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

This journey allows me to bring a global vision of transformations, reconciling the strategic issues of decision-makers, the constraints of organizations, and the operational realities of teams.

Today, I support public and private organizations involved in transformation projects, requiring strategic vision, coordination of multiple stakeholders, or decision-making support.

I bring an external, independent, and pragmatic perspective to enlighten decisions, objectify risks, and develop concrete and operational solutions.
