• • My duties involve ensuring the preventive and corrective maintenance of certain medical equipment, as well as the cleanliness and proper functioning of hospital equipment. I understand the importance of having clean and functional facilities, both for health and safety and simply for patient comfort. I work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and I always strive to give my best, whatever the task.

• • Oversees the procurement, maintenance, and management of physical equipment, tools, and machinery used in construction projects.

• • Identifying, evaluating, and purchasing construction equipment and tools needed for specific projects. This involves understanding project requirements, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment to job sites.

• • Maintaining an accurate inventory of construction equipment and tools, tracking their usage, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring all tools and machinery are in optimal working condition.

• • Developing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that all equipment and tools meet safety standards and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly to minimise downtime.

• • Organising the logistics of equipment transport to and from job sites, optimising utilisation, and ensuring that the right tools are available at the right time and place for construction teams.

• • Ensuring all equipment and tools adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.

• • Implementing safety protocols, providing training on proper equipment usage, and promoting a safety culture among workers.

• • Maintaining records of equipment inventory, usage, maintenance activities, and expenditures.

• • Generating reports for management to track equipment performance, costs, and compliance.

• • Managing hardware procurement, maintenance, and repair budgets.

• • Identifying cost-effective solutions while maintaining the quality and reliability of equipment.

• • Attached to the ESSO Road project afterwards B.G.B Road project.

• • Management of the earthmoving equipment fleet (40M€)

• • Head of the workshop and Spare parts (4 sites / Ref 6000.)

• • Responsible for four chief mechanics, six chief storekeepers and more than thirty storekeepers and storekeeper assistants.

• • Development of new software for the management of the spare parts and the maintenance of the fleet.
