At DS Smith Packaging, I work as a freelance Power BI consultant for the development, maintenance, and optimization of strategic decision-making reports.
My mission also includes training the IT department teams on the use and management of Power BI.

The reports I design allow for weekly and monthly inventory tracking in the group's various French factories. They offer several levels of analysis:
a view by site
a view by cluster of sites
a consolidated view for France
a detailed analysis by customer
These reports facilitate the identification of customer-assigned inventory, the distribution of volumes by site, and the overall management of activity.

The data comes from the company's ODS, accessible via a virtual machine connected to a gateway. A dedicated Power Apps flow allows targeted dataset refreshes to be triggered based on business needs.

The data volumes are significant: some reports integrate up to 84 tables, with tables containing over 50 million rows.
