Having worked in several small companies where the financial function did not exist or functioned poorly, I had to create or improve administrative processes. These companies were either experiencing rapid growth or a decline in activity, and in each case, I had to adapt the functioning of the administrative services to the company's financial information needs and economic necessities.

Having completed several financial function structuring missions in VSEs-SMEs and Startups, I have put my experience at the service of business leaders who have a limited or non-existent financial function and who are often alone in their decision-making.
