👉 Presence on the audit day if necessary

👉 Obtaining Qualiopi certification in 6 days spread over a maximum of 4/5 weeks.

First Sales Ops at Wecasa (80 employees in 2024), I acquired expertise in complex IT project management. I optimized processes and helped scale sales, customer service, and marketing teams. I quickly became Business Ops Manager, in charge of a team of 3 people.

My main responsibilities:

- Structuring Wecasa's Business Ops team, supporting Sales and Customer Service

- Being the point of contact for internal tools (Zoho, Intercom, Zapier, Slite, Calendly, Slack) for the 40 people in the operational teams

- Optimizing these no-code tools to automate our processes and enable the company to scale

- Leading complex, cross-functional strategic projects with marketing and product

- Supporting team leaders in tool usage, reporting, and change management

- Preparing budgets by identifying levers for the Business Ops team (reducing customer service contact rate, optimizing the number of leads processed by Sales and their conversion rate)

Some projects completed:

- Reducing dispute resolution time by 80% with no-code tools: €28,000 annual savings

- Reducing customer service contact rate by 50% with chatbots and Intercom Fin AI

- Increasing sales team productivity by 32% in 1 year through CRM optimizations, managing untapped leads with no-code tools, and data automation with new partners (Google Sheet, Airtable & Zoho CRM integrations via Zapier)

- Creating an optimized sales funnel, with automation at each stage of the process (sending emails, filling CRM fields, Slack alerts)

- Streamlining sponsorship management among Wecasa professionals.

Within the team, we were preparing the Wecasa of tomorrow, with automated processes, optimized tools, more ambitious and precise budgets.

On behalf of the management training and coaching organization BM Conseil, I am assisting the CEO in developing their growth and diversification strategy.

With Jean-François, I am building the training and coaching offering to be proposed starting in Fall 2021. I am working on building a brand image for BM Conseil and marketing the training offer (website created: https://www.bmcformation.fr).

I prepared and obtained Qualiopi certification independently, which attests to the implementation of a rigorous quality process.

I produced all the necessary documents to be Qualiopi certified: training monitoring documents, internal watch, internal regulations, agreement, support for the audit on the day.

We also built the training offer, the website, and the social media presence for BM Conseil: essential for validating certain Qualiopi criteria.

BM Conseil can now easily conduct its training in Qualiopi format, with all necessary documents ready to use.
