Construction economist for 6 years in AMO/MOE design office, I participated in projects of all types with a dominance of new and rehabilitation housing in Paris and its region for social landlords and condominium syndicates. Autonomous in my field.

Involved from the Diagnostic phase (site visit in rehabilitation) to the ACT, including the AVP, PRO/DCE phases in TCE or CEA (depending on the complexity of the technical lots). These experiences led me to write technical notices resulting in complete DCEs, to evolve my financial estimates according to the phases and modifications (Architect's plans, integration of soil, structural, thermal, acoustic studies, ACV calculations, RICT, and others) and while respecting the various rules (construction, fire, PMR).

These experiences allowed me to appreciate the interests of the various stakeholders involved throughout the projects (and, of course, those of the client).
