A major player in the "Cognac" sector, ORECO specializes in the storage and aging of eaux-de-vie. ORECO operates about 60 cellars spread over 5 storage sites.

As lead PO at ORECO and in close collaboration with the Business (Logistics, Production, Customer Service, IT), I participate in the redesign of internal tools that allow to manage all logistics and production flows.

- Product vision: Development of a strategic roadmap in line with business needs and management priorities.

- Collection and formalization of business needs: Facilitation of participatory workshops with stakeholders, identification of pain points and translation into clear and actionable User Stories.

- Management and prioritization of the product backlog (with Azure DevOps): Organization of User Stories in line with strategic milestones and delivery objectives.

- Collaboration with technical teams: Active participation in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, plannings, retrospectives) with a team composed of 8 developers (back and front) and 2 DBAs.

- Coordination of tests and validation of functionalities: Implementation of functional tests, monitoring of corrections and validation of deliverables in relation to the expressed needs.

- Management of UX/UI design: Supervision of wireframes and mockups on FIGMA, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and user experience.

- Internal communication: Regular reporting to management and department heads to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement.

As part of IRP AUTO's digital transformation, I led the implementation of a new extranet structured into two communities (Companies and Individuals). Accessible from the IRP AUTO public site, this extranet was designed to meet the specific health and welfare needs of users.

- Coordination of stakeholders: Interface between the Salesforce integration agency, internal teams (AMOA, business, QA) and managers of the various thematic sites to ensure fluid and aligned communication.

- Project management: Management of activities in accordance with the schedule established by the PEGASE program, ensuring compliance with key milestones and deliverables.

- Risk management and problem solving: Proactive identification of risks related to migration, proposal of adapted solutions and implementation of action plans.

- Committee meetings and reporting: Organization and participation in steering committees (program, management, service providers) to ensure accurate monitoring of progress and informed decision-making.

In charge of the management and evolution of several strategic portals, I ensured the liaison between the business, editorial, marketing, IT teams and the development agency to guarantee deliverables in line with user needs and business objectives.

- Collection and formalization of user needs: Facilitation of workshops with the Editorial, Marketing and Management teams, analysis of feedback to identify priority functionalities and areas for improvement.

- Management and prioritization of product backlogs: Organization of User Stories according to milestones and strategic priorities, in line with business and management objectives.

- Coordination of technical stakeholders: Interface between the agency in charge of developments and internal IT teams to ensure smooth delivery of functionalities.

- Management of Agile ceremonies: Facilitation of Scrum rituals (plannings, retrospectives, dailies) to align teams on objectives and remove obstacles.

- Budget monitoring and planning management: Optimization of costs and respect of deadlines to guarantee the profitability of projects.

- Quality assurance: Close collaboration with the QA team to validate functionalities, carry out functional tests and ensure compliance with specifications.
