• Support CRM teams (Automation of weekly reporting, ad-hoc analysis, needs scoping)

• Exploitation & analysis via algorithms developed by Data Science teams (predictive LTV, appetite score, RFM/PQSTA segmentation, ...)

The mission takes place entirely within a Google Cloud Platform environment. Services used are BigQuery (SQL) and AI Platform (Python Notebooks).
