5 years of Product Management in a SaaS environment, an AI certification and active practice with agents: I help you manage your product projects with a real AI perspective. My approach to AI is reasoned: first identify the cases where it brings real value, avoid the rest. AI everywhere can weaken a product as much as it can improve it.

At Addworking - SaaS for subcontracting management -, I took charge of complete product ownership: roadmap construction, functional and technical spec writing, sprint management, and communication of developments to end-users.

At Deepki - ESG SaaS platform for large real estate companies, I evolved in a structured and demanding product organization: 5 interconnected squads, each with its own vertical, a dedicated Data team, and a dedicated Design team. In this context, I led SCRUM rituals, managed backlog prioritization, defined acceptance criteria, developed the roadmap, and coordinated topics between different teams to ensure the consistency and quality of deliveries.

In parallel, I structured my skills development in AI: Artificial Intelligence Project Manager certification (Liora - diploma certified by École des Mines de Paris, 2025), then practical experience through the creation and orchestration of AI agents and the development of automation projects in real conditions.
