Peaks is a French IT consulting company founded in 2006 with around a hundred employees.

The company has several offices in France.

I worked as a PHP Symfony developer for a major banking client through Peaks.

The objective of the mission was to contribute to the development and modernization of critical web applications to address technical debt.

Main missions:

- Develop robust backend features with PHP 8, Symfony 6, and API Platform.

- Design and maintain high-performance front-end interfaces with Angular 19+ (TypeScript).

- Participate in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.

- Improve software quality through automated tests (PHPUnit, Jasmine, Karma) and code reviews.

- Collaborate using Agile methodology (Scrum) with the product team and technical architects.

Impact:

- Optimization of API performance and response times for critical applications.

- Reduction of bugs and improvement of automated test coverage.

Olihost is a company specializing in web hosting, cybersecurity, and custom development. Founded in 2011, it supports several hundred clients and manages thousands of hosted services.

I joined the development & cybersecurity team to design secure web applications and perform pentests.

We were a team of 3 web developers, 1 Network Engineer, 1 pentester, and 1 technical project manager.

As a web developer & ethical hacker, my responsibilities included:

- Developing robust web applications with PHP 8 and Symfony 5/6/7 (REST API, back-office, API Platform).

- Conducting penetration tests (web pentests) to identify and fix vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).

- Optimizing security (JWT/OAuth2 authentication, input validation, CI/CD with scans).

- Automating security checks with Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nikto, and custom scripts.
