Fortiche is an animation film production studio. Recently highlighted by the series Arcane S1 & S2 released on Netflix.

Within Fortiche, I have two main missions:

Managing recruitment needs, as Lead Talent Acquisition, I manage a team within which we receive all the studio's recruitment needs.

I participate in sourcing, interviews, and recruitment process monitoring to help production teams become operational as quickly as possible.

I also act as a RecOps expert to implement good recruitment practices:

- Implementation/redesign of stable, sustainable, and industrializable processes and effective monitoring tools (KPIs) to help the Talent Acquisition team keep pace with the company's growth.

- Deployment of the Beetween ATS and optimization/automation of time-consuming processes.

We look Up is a collective of independent, experienced recruiters committed to helping positive impact organizations hire their best talents!

I have been a member of the collective since its creation in 2022.

I work on headhunting and/or Talent Acquisition consulting missions to optimize the results of internal teams by implementing audits, consulting, and team training on best practices.

Within We look Up, I have carried out headhunting and RPO missions for several Startups:

- Castalie

- Omie

I worked at Castalie to structure the recruitment department.

Managing about twenty needs simultaneously, I was responsible for optimizing the recruitment department.

My missions were as follows:

- Needs assessment, sourcing, candidate interviews, follow-up, and drafting of the job offer.

- Support and training of managers on best practices & advice.

- Implementation of a CV-free recruitment policy.

- Definition and implementation of different candidate journeys according to the profiles recruited.

- Implementation of automation processes to focus on high-value-added tasks.

- Implementation of a gamification policy to maximize employee engagement.

- Identification, implementation, and monitoring of KPIs.

- Implementation of new acquisition channels (job fairs, monitoring new platforms, social media recruiting, co-optation, etc.).
